To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Items should be returned in the original packaging if possible.
• Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, is required.

Please note that some items, due to hygiene or safety concerns, may not be eligible for return.

If your return is approved, our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs may apply, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
